Tube Endforming by BLM

To complement BLM’s wide range of CNC bending systems and automatic cut-off saws, BLM manufacture a premium range of high performance endforming machines.

The endformers are available either as standalone models; or interfaced with another machine; or integrated into an autonomous complete working production cell with cartesian or six axis robot handling systems.

BLM design, manufacture and test all the forming tooling to ensure a high repeatable process to your exacting requirements.

Typical processes for tube ends that can be performed on these machines include: expanding, reducing, swaging, beading, rolling, spinning, doming, machining, facing and trimming.
